Rebecca Bowden, After having practiced yoga for more than 7 years and has regularly participated in level 2 Anusara Yoga classes, and successfully completed part I of the first Anusara Yoga Immersion in Barcelona.
She has studied with Anusara´s founder John Friend, and other certified teachers including Corita Brown, Susana Garcia Blanco and Bridget Woods-Kramer.
Rebecca has two diplomas in Thai Massage (Diploma of Thai Massage from the Heilpratiker Institut and Comprehensive Diploma of Thai Massage levels I,II and III from the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai) and other Diploma in Reflexology Thailandes. She also studies Fhitptherapy, Nutrition and Herbalism with the Gremi de Herbolarios, Apicultores y Alimentación Dietética y Biologica de Catalunya; Using her knowledge working in a herbalist for the last 6 years.
Pilar Lomba graduated as Especialist in Natural Therapeutics by the NMSNT, in Albuquerque, NM, USA on January 2003. She studied there Polarity Therapy, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Sports and Pregnancy Massage, Shiatsu, Flowers Essences and Aromatherapy. She received further training in Core Synchronism by Robert Stevens. After getting the NCTMB Certification, she worked as a therapist in Albuquerque at the Earthwise Center (January 2003-Augost 2003),coming back to BCN afterwards, where she completed her training in Shiatsu (Escuela Japonesa de Shiatsu, 2005-2007)and Columna Vitae Method (MCV,2010). She developes her bodywork and teaching activities in Barcelona's metropolitan area.
Julia Zatta graduated from the Guild for Structural Integration in 2006 and is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She attended basic training classes in Boulder, Colorado, and in Kauai, Hawaii. Among her teachers were Neal Powers and Emmett Hutchins, well-known Rolfers, who have been practicing Structural Integration for over 40 years. Both were students of Ida Rolf and have worked to transmit her ideas and techniques since the 1970s.
Julia is also a trained painter, and her anatomical studies in that pursuit serve her in good stead in her current field when it comes to perceiving the subtleties of individual human structures. Structural Integration is, to Julia, the finest form of art she has ever known.
